We understand that sometimes, unexpected events can affect the outcome of a project. Below is our refund policy, designed to clarify our terms and ensure a transparent relationship with our clients.

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are used to reserve your date and cover initial project expenses. By making a deposit, you commit to our services, and we, in turn, commit to starting work on your project.

Video and Photography Services:

  1. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. While the deposit is non-refundable, we are happy to reschedule within a reasonable timeframe subject to availability.

  2. Refunds Due to External Events: We cannot offer refunds for disruptions caused by external events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, or other Acts of God. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule the session at a later date or provide a suitable alternative solution where possible.

  3. Quality Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with the final deliverables due to faults on our end, we will endeavor to rectify the issue through editing or re-shooting, where feasible. Full refunds for issues such as these will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but are not guaranteed.

Website Design Services:

  1. Project Cancellation: If the project is terminated by the client for reasons not related to the service provided by Five11 Cinema, the client will be responsible for the expenses incurred up to the point of cancellation. Any remaining balance for work not yet performed will be waived.

  2. Refunds for Non-Delivery: In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon website design services, a refund may be issued for any services paid for but not delivered. This excludes the non-refundable deposit.

General: All refund requests must be submitted in writing and include a detailed explanation of the issue. Refund requests will be reviewed by our management team, and responses will be provided within a reasonable timeframe.
